A Church That Welcomes All People – Trinity Presbyterian Clearwater in FL
Whether you’re looking for a new church home or just beginning to explore faith, you are welcome at Trinity Clearwater in Florida. We are an inclusive, caring congregation who welcomes each new visitor as a member of our family.
Our church was founded in 1951 in what we consider to be the hub of Clearwater — just a block north of Gulf to Bay Boulevard on the corner of Hercules and Rainbow Drive. Thanks to our many years in this area, we have been able to form close relationships with the community groups around us and help them meet the need of the people in our city.
As a church, our mission is to inspire lives by loving God with all our soul, mind, and heart, and loving our neighbor as ourselves (Matthew 22:37-39). We believe in the transforming power of God’s Spirit, and we understand that not everyone who walks through our church doors will have the same interpretation of faith. We invite all people, regardless of their beliefs and questions, to come join us for worship and to inquire about God. We believe that God’s truth is always bigger than one particular community of faith’s interpretation of that truth.
Sunday mornings are a celebration of God, faith, and community at Trinity Clearwater:
- 9:00 am – 10:00 am – Adult Education Classes
- 10:30 am – 11:30 am – Worship
- 11:30 am – 12:30 pm – Fellowship in the Fellowship Hall with the congregation
In addition to our Sunday church service and community outreach programs that can be found on our weekly calendar, we also have a number of small groups that gather together to study the Bible and different aspects of faith. We have men’s and women’s groups that meet regularly at our church campus in Clearwater, FL, Wired Word, a class that meets once a week to discuss a biblical view of current events, and an Alternative Perspectives class that looks at big-picture contemporary issues alongside some nontraditional, yet relevant, authors and books.
If you would like more information, please give us a call or join us for church on Sunday. We hope you will consider becoming a part of our congregation.
